• Programming new features or functionality within your website that exceeds the allotted monthly support hours. Don’t worry, we’ll always provide an estimate on the time/cost for any additional programming
• Website re-design or re-development equaling more than a 50% change to the overall design or functionality of the website. Again, if any change request will incur additional costs, we’ll always let you know in advance.

Our website maintenance plans are available for any website, regardless if B2 Web Studios designed or developed it.

We primarily design and develop websites running the WordPress Content Management System, but we also support Drupal, Magento,  Joomla, and other platforms. However, we do not offer website maintenance plans for online webpage builders like Wix, Weebly, Hibu or GoDaddy Site Builder.

While we cannot guarantee that your website will never be hacked, we hope to prevent anything bad from happening. Performing regular maintenance as well as enforcing solid security practices drastically minimizes this risk. In the rare case that your website does go down, we are usually able to restore it from a safe backup.

No, unused maintenance hours do not rollover to the next month. Your monthly web maintenance time is reserved for you each month and keeps a place in our team’s schedule. 

Any additional web maintenance time is billed at a reduced rate. We’ll always let you know if you’re at risk of going over the included time limits of your maintenance plan, and provide a price quote in advance for any extra work.

It is not a requirement that B2 Web Studios hosts your website (though we’re really good at it). However, we will need full access to your web hosting account or server. It is also helpful for us to have a contact person at your web hosting provider.
